Features

Everything a shop needs, and nothing it does not

One account gives you a storefront, a checkout, a stockroom, a payout account, a customer list and a team. They are not integrations — they already know about each other.

Storefront

A shop at your own address

Your storefront lives on a subdomain you control, not a listing page you share with competitors. Add a product and it is live — there is no build step, no theme to buy, and nothing to host.

Live on your first product
The store exists as soon as there is something to sell. No publish step to forget.
Built for the phone first
Most Nigerian shoppers arrive on a phone, on mobile data. The storefront is designed for that, not adapted to it.
One link that behaves like a shop
Share it in a bio, a status or a DM. It opens to a real catalogue with a real cart, not a price list.

Products and stock

Stock that counts itself

Sizes, colours and packs are variants, and each one carries its own count. Stock moves when an order is paid rather than when you remember to adjust it, so the number on the screen is the number in the room.

Per-variant stock
One number per product hides the fact that only Large is left. Variants each hold their own.
Low-stock alerts at your threshold
Set the level per product. When a variant reaches it, you get an email — before a customer finds out for you.
Images, pricing and categories
Everything a listing needs, editable in one place, with the storefront updating as you save.

Large is running low. You set the threshold at 5.

Orders

From paid to delivered, in one list

Every order arrives with its payment state already attached, so there is no reconciling a bank alert against a WhatsApp message. Move it through your own steps and the customer is told at each one.

Payment state on the order
Paid, pending or failed is a fact on the record, not something you check somewhere else.
Invoices on demand
Generate and download an invoice for any order, without leaving the page.
Orders you raise yourself
A customer who ordered by phone still belongs in the same list. Create the order and take payment for it.

Payments and payouts

Money in, and money out, both accounted for

Checkout takes cards, bank transfers and USSD through Paystack. What you earn lands in a wallet you can see, and you withdraw it to a bank account you have verified — so the money leaving is as traceable as the money arriving.

Card, transfer and USSD
The three ways Nigerians actually pay, at the same checkout, without you configuring a gateway.
A balance you can reconcile
Every credit and debit is a transaction with a reference. Nothing appears without a reason attached.
Verified payouts only
Withdrawals go to the account you verified with your BVN and nowhere else. That is the point of the check.

Customers

People, remembered

A buyer who checked out as a guest is still a customer. Their orders sit against one record, so a returning buyer is recognisable rather than a fresh stranger every time.

History that survives guest checkout
No account required of your customer for you to still have their history.
Your list, reachable
Email your customers from inside Cartinary. No export, no second tool, no copying addresses into a spreadsheet.
Exportable when you need it
It is your customer list. Take it with you whenever you want.

Team

Staff, without handing over the keys

Invite people and give each of them only what their job needs. A packer does not need your payout account, and a shared password is not a permission system.

Roles and permissions
Access is granted per area, so what someone can reach matches what they were hired to do.
Invite by email
They get their own login. Nobody passes a password around.
Bulk invites
Onboarding several people at once does not mean doing it several times.

The whole thing is free to try

The free plan is not a trial and does not expire. Add a product, share the link, and see whether it fits how you sell.
